Pricing questions
How are users counted?
You tell us the number of SharePoint users, normally the number of SharePoint Server user CALs you already own. We check it once a year at renewal. There is no phone-home and no audit.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: €500 per year, which covers up to 83 SharePoint users. Smaller organisations pay the minimum.
How is billing handled?
Annually in advance, by invoice, payable within 30 days, in EUR. Prices exclude VAT. Users added during the year are billed pro rata; reductions take effect at renewal.
What happens after the pilot?
The 30-day pilot is free and converts into a subscription without reinstalling. The subscription starts on the order date.
How do I cancel?
The subscription runs for 12 months and renews automatically. Cancel up to 30 days before renewal.
Can prices change?
We announce price changes at least 3 months before your renewal. Founding customers keep their price for 24 months.
